Quality Assurance at IJLA is the set of processes I use to measure and assure the quality of all writing, editing and proofreading
All writing, copy editing and proofreading undergoes a three-level review process, in which each document has three rounds of scrutiny before final submission.
All documents are marked up using the Track Changes features of MS Word, so you can choose to accept or reject all comments and amendments.
Learnings from early drafts are incorporated into subsequent rounds of review.
Strict version control ensures that duplication / omission errors are avoided.
References for spelling, grammar, punctuation and syntax are: Harts Rules Oxford Style Guide (2014) and Shorter Oxford English Dictionary OUP (5th edn, 2002).
Quality Control at IJLA is the process I use to ensure that all work supplied to clients is of the highest standard, and delivered with professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness to your needs
Unified Standard: as sole agent at IJLA, I provide full focus and a unified standard of work.
Feedback: immediate and comprehensive response to feedback is guaranteed.
Consistency: I have a strong track record of repeat work from high-level clients, testifying to a reliable standard of excellence.
Transparency: I provide complete transparency at every stage of the work using a ‘total accountability’ approach; daily project management status updates and a comprehensive breakdown of hours are both available.
Robust Project Management: each project is tailored to the specific needs of the client, with a detailed schedule incorporating client needs and capacity, and agreed milestones; diarised chase dates are planned into the process, in order to maintain a steady and systematic workflow, and ensure nothing falls through the gaps.
Continuous Improvement: after work is completed, I actively seek feedback from you on what can be improved and what went well.
